Deposit Policy
Our deposit policy requires a 50% deposit within two weeks of making the reservation.
The deposit is fully refundable until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Deposits are forefeited for late cancellations.
You will be billed for your scheduled length of stay with no adjustment for early departure.
Your deposit provides assurance, both to you and to us, of your confirmed reservation.
Check-In / Check-Out Policy
Check-In time is 1 pm
Early Check-In is 8am to 1pm, if available, at half a day's rate
Check-Out time is 10 am
Late Check-Out 10:30am to 5pm, if available, at half a day's rate before 5 pm or full day's rate after 5pm
