The Birches Cabins are open year round, for a family vacation, fishing or hunting trip, or just getting away from it all! Stay with us a while, just sit back relax and listen to the loons.

We welcome your pets. Pets are family too! This is a great place for a family vacation. Swimming, boating, canoeing, fishing are all just out your front door. We have a quiet, relaxed atmosphere here at the Birches Cabins.

If wildlife watching is what you want to do, you have come to the right place. We have loons on the lake and we often see bald eagles flying over, sometimes coming down to the lake to get a fish.

The Birches Cabins offers all the advantages of a Maine vacation in a rustic atmosphere, with lakefront cottages on the shore of a beautiful 800 acre spring fed lake.

Registered Maine Guides are available for hunting, fishing, or nature watching trips. A shore lunch can be prepared by your guide. Fishing and nature watching trips are done with a traditional Grand Laker canoe.
